How to set TICKET START AND FINISH TIME

Dears,

Some of our tickets can be planed in advance. Can anybody help me how to set TICKET START DATE/TIEM and TICKET FINISHED DAY/TIME.

Example : backup servers START : 29.10. finish : 30.10.
