Hi
My issue is.. I want to generate a ticket via email. I think i should be a bit clear..
Customer can be able to create ticket without using otrs customer panel.. he may send the ticket through his personal mail account to otrs team like support@otrs.com.. For this i have generated a account in Postmaster mail account.. when i run it is showing this error

Looks like Firewall issues or wrong Port.

You have to have POP setup on Gmail or you'll never be able to connect to Gmail.
In Gmail:
Settings -> Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on
If you enable POP for all mail, you will receive the entire contents of the Gmail All Mail folder.
In Gmail:
Settings -> Forwarding and POP/IMAP
