How to add a new field in CustomerCompany

Hi All


As u all know that we can add company through Admin Customer Comapny.. My issue is, i want to add a an extra field in add customer company..which is a file uplaod field. am able to map the extra feild using defaults.pm but am getting a text field by that, how can i change it into a file upload ? i know its a minute thing but need a help...
