Hi my names James
Im having difficulty with trying to retrieve mail via the postmaster from exchange.
When i enter in the details for the exchange server and specified user i get a throwback error saying unable to authenticate user when trying to use the run now command
the username and password are deffently correct vas i can log onto a windows based machine easily on the domain and can access mail via Outlook
the current server is running Windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise and is running Exchange 2010 and the OTRS is installed to a Windows XP machine with the correct ports configured
Ive followed the correct steps in a previous post for configuring pop3 and imap and authentification parameters on exchange 2010 but it still doesent work
Ive also noted that maybe the SSL is missing as i only get POP3 and IMAP on the server select on OTRS
But i could not find how to even install the IO::SS::Socket for a windows based system, and the only guide i found was to install SSL to a seperate install of pearl and not the one supplied in the windows OTRS package, the straberry pearl
any help on this would gratfully appreciated as im close to gving up now
