I need help!!
I´m trying to update our company otrs server into another one.
We have installed Otrs 2.2.4 (production) ...and I want to update all the system with the new features.
I have a full mysql backup from Otrs 2.2.4 and we´ve restored it into another mysql server with a new name = new_otrs... I´ve run the DB-Update....etc..etc...
but when we install the new rpm (2.4.
..all seems to be ok... then I change in Config.pm the connection string to the new database name... I try to login....http://server/otrs/index.pl --> and I´m getting this next error:
Software error:
No existing template directory found ('/opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/VerticalNavBar1')! Check your Home in Kernel/Config.pm at /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/Output/HTML/Layout.pm line 1284.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
Do you have any summanry....or one how to..????
