Create new linked-ticket from Config-item view

Hi,

I'm currently investigating OTRS (ITSM) for usage in our company.

I would like to be able to :

Step 1 : Open a config-item (for example a computer)
Step 2 : being able to click a link / button (in the same config-item view) that opens a 'new ticket' that is (after submit) automatically linked to the opened config-item.

Maybe someone can tell me how to achieve this ?

I see a hack has been posted in the OTRS community blog

I haven't tested it yet, but plan on it in the next week or so.
