Does anyone know if a User Manual exists? I am aware of the Admin Manuals on but they do not detail how to use the system (as you may tell from some of my very generic "how to" posts.
Any help would be appreciated.

There is no generic user manual at the moment. What about starting a wiki based one, where every OTRS User can contribute?

Thank you. We are currently working with a client on installing OTRS with the ITSM modules. Should they want a manual created, I may be able to share some of what has been created after we are done.
