How to disable "Sign Up Now"

Anyone know how to disable the "Sign Up Now" functionality on Customer.pl page?

Please have a look at Sysconfig -> Frontend::Customer -> CustomerPanelCreateAccount, ...

Thank you very much, I changed from Yes to No and now no more sign up now.
