I wonder if it's something I've done or a bug (I know, probably the former,....).
Fresh install of beta6. All looking pretty good, except when a followup comes in to an existing issue via email, the cron job fetches from imap just fine. Auto response works - all good. If I go into the ticket itself, it displays the unread 'gold star' next to the new email.
However, the dashboard never shows the gold star next to the ticket to indicate a new followup and the top left 'gold star' indicating number of tickets with unread items doesn't appear either.
Have I made a config error or is there something yet to do!
