POP3 abruf OTRS

Hallo,

ich hab ein, denke mal, kleine Problem mit einem frisch Installierten OTRS Version 2.4.9

Wenn ich im OTRS ein Ticket öffne wird mit dieses vom System zugemail. Sobald drauf geantwortet wird mit entsprechender Ticket Nr. wird diese eMail auch vom System angenomme und entsprechen dem Ticket zugeordnet.

Jetzt ab ich aber das Problem, wenn ich eine eMail ohne Ticket Nr ans System sende kann diese nicht empfangen bzw. zugeordnet werden und erhalte den folgenden Fehler.

ich denke Du solltest hier anfangen zu suchen: Message: No Priority for 3 normal found!

danke für dien Tip. Hab den PostmasterFilter entsprechend angepasst, jetzt läufts.
