[SOLVED] Enabling the Statistics View

Hi all,

I've installed OTRS 3.0 beat 5 on a fresh Ubuntu 10.04 64bit LAMP Server.
Done a default installation, nothing special. Set up a few queues, services, SLA's, agents.... nothing to hectic.

Now the issue i'm facing is this. I would like to have the statistics module on the agent's screen available.
However nothing is mentioned in the manual on how to enable this, all the screenshots clearly show that the
statistics button on the top of the page. But on my side it doesn't appear. (Check the screen shot)

Is there something I've forgot to install or setup? I'm at at cross roads here. Now I'm pretty sure I'll be able to
create some stat producing procedure, however this doesn't help squat if I can't even access the Statistics page.

Any help would be much appreciated.

the agents needs at least read permission on group stats.

If he should create statistices he'll need rw permissions

Thanks for the reply. I have set all those permissions. The administrator user has access to everything, the root user doesn't
get this either.

The stats users i've created, with the proper permissions, specifically for their defined roles don't get this.
So basically permissions are not causing this to occur. There is something else.

I'm really stuck and it's kinda frustrating to say the least.

Okay found the problem. I remember that right in the beginning I had renamed the 'stats' group to something else.
So all I did was create another group named 'stats', added all the relevant users to that group and hey presto now I
finally have access to the statistics section.
