Hi everyone.
We have some inactive users in our OTRS: these users have some of the tickets blocked and I need to unblock them so that other users can take actions on them. As far as I can tell I can select max. 25 tickets and perform a bulk action with them (such as unblocking). However 25 tickets at the most will require several iterations to have all them unblocked. Is there a way I can take an action on more tickets?
I know a thing or two about databases so I could try to do a simple update on the database but I know it isn't that simple and I might leave the database in a inconsistent state.
Any suggestions?
TIA
Mariano

Re: Bulk update on tickets
Did you try GenericAgent?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

[SOLVED] Re: Bulk update on tickets
Looks like a winner. I never really paid attention to Generic Agent: seems like a huge mistake.
