We've just started using OTRS in our company to get a grip on our workload and I need another ticket type besides phone and email; "Desk".
I've looked into copying the various phone ticket files (or part of it) into TicketDesk files, replacing ticketphone references with ticketdesk. I do get the new version in the navbar but submitting the form gives me the need ArticleTypeID error.
So the question is, can I do a quick fix and make it work or will I have to build a new module from scratch?
