does anyone know if is it possible and how can I open a ticket via soap and attach a file to the ticket via soap? It 's very important.

Hello, the link you sent me shows how to open a ticket but not how to attach a file to the ticket. In the second link I saw that it is possible to use ArticleSend attach a file. I have to do some tests. Have you got sample code?
