Alle diejenigen die in OTRS die FAQ's zwingend benötigen, sollten mit dem Update/Upgrade warten.
In OTRS-3.0.1 funktionieren die FAQ's nicht. Das entsprechende Modul ist noch nicht verfügbar und soll soweit ich das hier gefunden habe erst am 31.01.2011 bereitgestellt werden.

We're glad to announce the updated release calendar for OTRS 3 and the ITSM modules for the 3.x platform. OTRS 3 has been in beta since August 2nd and a lot of work has been done during the beta period to iron out issues. In fact, it's gone so well that we're glad to announce we'll release it a little earlier than planned!
