Hallo zusammen,
ich habe eine Main Queue xxx und ich habe eine Suqueue yyy.
und ich möchte das wenn eine Mail an muster@muster.com geht wo das Vor Kostenvoranschlag vorkommt automatisch in die Subqueue yyy geht.
Bis jetzt hab ich noch nicht die richtige Einstellung gefunden.
Wer kann mir helfen?

also mit dem Postmaster Filter und generic Agent auch hab ich es versucht.

Hallo jayem,
folgende Dinge sind beim Email-Eingang zu verwenden:
OTRS->Admin->PostMasterFilter
Neuen Filter anlegen mit:
Match/Filter => Header 1/Überschrift 1: To => .*muster@muster.com.*
Set/Setzen => Header 1/Überschrift 1: X-OTRS-Queue => xxx::yyy
Bei Unterqueues musst du unbedingt die übergeordnete Queue und anschließend :: mitangeben. Beim Filter sind ".*" notwendig um auch Mailnamen abzufangen, z.B. "Musterfirma <muster@muster.com>".
