Hello,

can any one tell me how i can add three extra collums to "Open Tickets / Need to be answered" on the dashboard.

I want te info who is the owner of ticket, who is the custummer, queue its in

can some one help me ?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
