Does anyone know if there will be a release v2.5 to upgrade from v2.4.9 in the normal 8 week update release .

there will be a 2.4.10 but a date is not set yet. Actual Version is 3.0.3, so there won't be a version 2.5.

Thanks, so would I correct to presume what features are in v3.0.3. are being released as 2.4.10 sometime soon, although the visuals will remian as is. We are looking to implement OTRS::ITSM so cant consider v3 at this stage until ITSM has been included. Also need some of the functionality, presently only avaialble in 2.4.x such as survey and time accounting.

I look forward to seeing the v3 beta version of ITSM.

there won't be any features ported back from a 3.0.x to 2.4.x
