Displaying more customer information

Hello All,

There is a good link http://wiki.otrs.org/index.php?title=Us ... _customers that helps to integrate AD with OTRS. Once it is integrated, I would like to know how do I display the customer information when a ticket is being created. For instance, if 1000 customers are synced up thru AD and if customer XYZ is creating a ticket, I would like his location, country etc to be displayed while creating aso that the agent can also know where is the customer located. Is it possible? Can someone help pls?

You are able to use the Map in Config.pm to pull any pertinent information available from AD.

Do I need to use free text fields for this or if I specify the fields in config.pm, they will be visible on right hand side of agent screen?
