I Got this error message :

Anyone can help ? thank you..

If in windows, it could be some other program besides perl likes .pl files.

Version of FreeBSD? (You realize you're using a fairly old version of OTRS, though. ...) Did you update Perl on the box 6 hours ago? It could be that the perl update isn't in the path or something.
