Error when changing Free Fields of ticket

Hello,

I recently migrated from 2.4 to 3.0.4. Everything is working fine except for changing Free Fields of tickets. When I click on Free Fields in AgentTicketZoom, I get the following error:

I already ran the Rebuild and DeleteCache scripts without success. Also disabled Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketFreeText###TicketFreeText in SysConfig. This didn't solve the problem.

Can you help me tackling the problem? Thanks.
