Problem with web installer in windows

Hello,
web installer freeze when I click on the next in the step number two.
Appache consume all CPU time.
Please help me, thanks Petr

I run OTRS on the Athlon 2000XP and 1.5GB memory.
This step takes on the hardware for about 10 minutes.
Everything is ok...
