[SOLVED] Can't read plain article

Error Message: Can't read plain article! Maybe there is no plain email in backend!

Keep getting this error, any ideas?

Where do you get this Message?

Plain articles will be only in the DB if the article is an email
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
