Event-Based Notification does not works

Post by eitarad »

Hi all,

I would like to set an Event-Based Notification that will always send a notification to a specific user Every time a Ticket Owner changes........ which is very simple.

I have set the following values :

Name: Owner Update ADMIN Notification
Recipient: myMailAddress@FQDN.com (also tried to use Agent-based recipients......)
Event: TicketOwnerUpdate
State: marked all options
Priority: marked all options
Queue: marked all queues.
Lock: marked all options.
Service: don`t have any defined so no choice has been made.
SLA: there`s only 1 option defined, so i choose it.

Wrote subject & text........

and off course i chose "Valid" in the valid box.

i really don`t see what could i miss ... can anyone please open my eyes? :D

thanks in advance!
Eitam.

only select things that you're querying (TicketOwnerUpdate). Plus, Name, Recipients, Subject, Body. Valid
