Hello!
I'm trying to create ticket for a custmer via SOAP.
I specify CustomerID as ID of the customer and OwnerID as ID of OTRS admin user.
Ticket is created with no warning or errors.
But when logging to 'customer.pl' as a customer I get "Insufficient Rights Message: No Permission!".
How can I make customer to see the ticket created with user-agent (or via SOAP).
