How to select service with no customer

Hi

is it possible to assign a service to a ticket where the customer doesnt exist? or do i need to enter the customer, and link the customer to service before?

The services are linked with customer(s). If you don't have customers, who will you provide service? It is defined that way at least In OTRS, hence you cannot assign a service without first having customer.
