Unable to Compose

Hi,
There is Reply option availble in OTRS 3.0.4 but unable to compose. So unable to reply to a ticket.
Anyone please help me out.

Please read admin book. You need to assign Responses to Queues
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Already Response assigned to a QUE. I can forward mails, see Reply and Reply all but no Compose option available

Yes, it is resolved.After assigning response to a QUE, Reply option is available.
