I'm having an issue with the FAQ on our site.
When I try to add a new FAQ entry in the agent screen, I am shown an error in every web-browser that I'm using (Chrome, Firefox, IE):
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
This also happens on the Customer screen when ever a user tries to access the FAQ. I've tried looking in the logs for any error messages or warnings by so far I have been unable to find the cause of the issue.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Connection Reset
Was just watching the server when I tried to load the page. The Apache controlling the OTRS application spikes to 600MB+ of RAM and then terminates.
