Email Attachments of incoming mail

Hello,

I would like to find a way to better manipulate attachments into OTRS.

The problem I currently face is every time a ticket is created via email, attachments are added to the ticket from image files in the signature. These files aren't large but with enough tickets over time this could consume a fair amount of space. Ideally I would like to filter specific attachments (ie file type) so we can accept 'useful' attachments. If there is no way of doing this, is there a way to block all attachments?

there is no way in OTRS. But you can use Filters in your MTA for example
