What are FreeTextField [SOLVED]

I am fairly new to OTRS and I keep reading solutions about FreeTextField. Tried to find a comprehensive articiles that describes that feature and was unsuccessful. Could anyone explain the feature or refer me to the appropriate docs?!

An Article is a component (Note, Reply) of a ticket. Ticket Free Text fields are handled in the Free Text menu item of Ticket Zoom.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
