Hi all,
I use multiple customer_IDs to allow projet leaders (with customer accounts, not agent) to access tickets opened by different customers. But they also need to create tickets for the customers, and when they do it, the projet leader's customer_id is set in the ticket instead of the customer's customer_id.
Is there a way to prevent it ? For example by adding a customer_id choice in the new ticket template ?
