Queue selection depending on location

hi there,
i am trying to set a queue based on customer location (irrespective of whether he is ldap customer or database customer). is there a way to set the queue automatically based on his location or other parameter without writing genericagent? any help would be great.

You might consider Customer Groups for location. That won't set automatically, but will reduce the web interface available queues.

I'd strongly suggest not using queues for location. Queues are generally answering Who/What, not where.
