I was wondering if anybody has an answer to this question. To explain my problem i've added a screenshot of Otrs and some modifications I'd like to do.

I'm not sure why asking this question required a screenshot, but the answer is "yes - you can do this by creating a custom theme and changing the DTL for the dashboard display".
OTRS 3.2.11 on Centos 6.4 with MySQL 5.0. Agents and internal customers authenticate via Active Directory.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
