In OTRS 2.4.9 how can i import a file for stat

Friends
I use OTRS 2.4.9 . In stat module i have seen import option.i created a CSV file using MSExcel and tried to import the file but it is throwing error .
File is not a Stats config! . Then what type of files can be imported for stats module. How to create them ???
Please someone guide me.!!

You can import files which were exported on another OTRS Statistik Module
