pending reminder notification to customer

hi all,

since my pending tickets are tickets where i am waiting for a response from my customer, i want to send the ticket pending reminder messages to the customers too to remind them to send the info.

Use generic agent to check for age of pending reminder, change something like priority, then use a Notification (Event) to send to customer.
