Hello,
There is a requirement to display additional reports that are not part of standard OTRS reports. We intend to have the additional OTRS reports generated using PHP. Can we leverage the Apache that is installed and used by OTRS? Or is installing a separate instance of apache recommended? The environment is Ubuntu, MySQL and OTRS 3.04.
Thanks.
Best Regards
Chetan

[Closed] Can OTRS Apache be leveraged for PHP reports?
I just checked and confirmed that Apache server that is installed by OTRS can be used to run other applications unless you have explicitly specified it to be used ONLY by Apache.

OTRS is not installing Apache on *NIX based Systems. You should not run other heavy used applications on the same box, so phpmyadmin or reporting would be OK
