Handling bug reports and feature request

Does anyone have suggestions of how to manage these with OTRS? I'm currently thinking that I'll split the ticket, so I can close the user ticket (in case they reply to it later with more questions), and leave the split one open. The only problem, which I just mentioned in my other post is that those open tickets are cluttering the dashboard.

answered in other post, I think. Optionally: move tickets to Bug Queue or Feature Request Queue that isn't in "my queues"
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
