Hello,
I want the system to automatically send notifcations to customers when a ticket is closed.
I think this configuration is in the notification module from admin page but in my installation there is no predefined notification messages.
How can I activate this ?

In notification event you need to create your own notifications

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
