I am not reciving exteranl email as new tickets...
i can see that email is comming to the addres i configurate in OTRS and i can see that they are beeing recived by otrs, but no new ticket are created :/
maybe someone will be able to help me.
i am reciving emails by .sh script runing in cron every 1 min.
it was all ok i was reciving emails as new tickets, but then i was tring to change fallow up if in email body is ticket number ( PostmasterFollowUpSearchInBody )
then ticket stop created them selves... but i change that back and no tickets is creating now :/

SOLVED....
Sorry guys for problem...
Answer was that i changed priority names... and Postmaster could not find PriorityId to set it on ticket...
I have changed Default priority name to that i came up with and all is working now.
