Company info in new agent phone ticket
I would like to have company information show up, instead of or in addition to the customer info, when an agent is entering a new phone ticket. I want the url and comment and maybe even a couple of custom fields as well but I first need to get the basic company info block below the customer block. Is there a configuration to do that or where do I start looking for something to tweak? Thanks.
