Customer List View change

I am using otrs 3.0.5 in winxp
now I want to change the customer list view i want to add some extra column in the list...
Is it possible to change the customer registration field? can i able to use another customer db and accordingly change customer registration form?
Plz help me

After some search I found this topic. In our company we need to add few columns to customer's interface, ticketing list.
Is there any solution for that?
