Priority Colours
Hi all, Is their a way to change the priority colours shown in QueueView in OTRS 2.4.9?
Re: Priority Colours
Hi,
Very easy: open agent.css from \OTRS\OTRS\var\httpd\htdocs\css\Standard\.
Modify background-color of classes .PriorityID-1 to -5.
You may also want to create your own theme (I did it): http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=7273.
Be careful that these colours will be both used as rectangles in ticket lists, and as background color in ticket zoom, where black text, blue text (hyperlinks) and red text (lock, priority, queue) have to be seen on it.
Regards,
HervE

Re: Priority Colours
I don't use OTRS 3.05, but it should be var/httpd/htdocs/skins/agent/default/css/Core.Default.css, as said in http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=8294.
