ITSM ConfigItem::Frontend::Menu Module###400-Print

Hello,

I want to customize the print format of ITSM ConfigItem::Frontend::Menu Module###400-Print, when we create ITSM Config Tickets, after creating ticket when we click on print button, it generates a PDF file that contains info of ITSM Tickets, that PDF file i want to customize.

please guide me how to create our custom format of file, when we click on print button of ITSM Tickets

Hi,

Can anybody give me the answer, how to change the PDF Format of Print Tickets, i want to change the layout of the PDF Format while we get when printing ITSM Tickets, The below is the attached PDF file, please suggest how to customize the PDF file
