How to customize the frontend of OTRS

I have installed otrs rpm. can any one help me out in how to customize the front end of the otrs? Like, While Capturing a Ticket I would also require to capture the details of the system (IP address , system no. etc), so how to introduce some new fields while capturing a ticket? How to add some new images, logos etc. to the front end . How to change the llok and feel of my otrs, that's basically I want to ask.
