My users need to be able to enter tickets by sending an email from their Android phones.
I want them to be able to enter multiple codes in the body of the email to set the queue, customer, and state of the ticket but I'm having trouble getting OTRS to see more than one filter in the body of the message.
Can OTRS do multiple filters in the body and is there a trick to it?
