Set 'Unread Article' star on note-internal

Hi
I'm just working through a test site to try to customise OTRS to fit the way we work.
Internal Notes are very important to that process - esp for communicating between account managers and support staff.

What I am struggling with is:-

How do I set the Unread Article star to appear when an internal note is added - that way the viewer knows that there is something new as a visual prompt rather than having to rely on notifications?

You can't.
If a non-owner adds a note, the note owner should get an email if the owner has preferences yes for notification.
