I having a problem with my new testing-system (OTRS 3.0.5, SuSE11.3, mySQL, Apache2).
Everythings works totaly fine, only the escalation notifications won´t work. In my eyes everything is setup correct, but the system doesn´t send out any escalation notification to the agents.
May I just miss something simple

Following things are working / configured:
-Other event notifications work like they should (new ticket, update etc.)
-Ticket-escalation works in principle (dashboard, escalation-view & ticket-zoom, only the notifications are not working / sending out)
-Escalations are configured queue based and also for some customers via SLAs (the system also should send out mails when the limit is nearly reached, %-based)
-Calenders and time-settings are configured correct
-Also nothing to see in ticket-history or in OTRS- / postfix-log about errors on sending out escalation notifications (so the system isn´t even trying to send out something)
-The admin backend contains the standard-settings / text for escalation-events blow "Agent notifications"
Is there may any point I missed ?
