Generic Agent Escalation flagging tickets incorrectly

I'm not sure if anyone has encoutered ths problem, but I'm having a bit of trouble the the GA.

I've been trying to use the GenericAgent to set up escalations and I can't seem to get it to work properly. My issue is that when I select the filter "Escalation - update time ticket update time reached last 10 minutes" it flags every ticket which has not reached its escalation time; it doesn't matter if its 2 minutes away, or 200, it still effects the ticket. This occurs whenever I try and use any of the Escalation Time filters in the Gereric Agent. This only seems to occur with the Escalation paramater, as the "Create times" and "Close times" work great.

FYI I'm running OTRS 3.0.6 and ITSM 3 Beta 4.
