We are trying to implement a feature to our ticket system but don't know where to begin.
The idea is the following:
- Our customers pay an annual support fee and receive (for example) 20 tickets.
- When their ticket balance is empty, they may buy more tickets by sending us an email.
- The account gets reloaded and so on...
We would like to automatically send a notification to a user:
- when its balance is empty
- if he did not reload its account and creates a new ticket, a special notification mentionning the ticket is recorded but won't be considered before he reloads its account.
Is it possible to create these kind of notifications with the current features of OTRS, or would this need further development?
