I would like to change the image of OTRS to personalize by putting a picture of the company where I work. I would like you to give me the procedure to be done. i'm really confused on this

You can change the .dtl to include an html img tag, or look in sysconfig to change your logo.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

on versions from 3.0 you can change logo via sysconfig
